@@MLagarde0425 thank you for watching the tour. I’m not sure why the price was misunderstood. I explain the list price in the video, and even go over the down payments based on the list price. I actually explain the $15,000 price reduction when entering the house 🤷🏻‍♂️. Any property under $100k would be a fix and flip needing a lot of work.

This is a beautiful home at a great price! However, I would never buy it. The niegboring home is a horrible color and a junkyard in back. You emphasize how many vehicles can be parked on the drive, to me, that is major red flag; meaning you can have a nieghbor who uses their drive as a used car lot, and probably will. I dont need to see my nieghbors residential driveway filled with God knows what! I guess I need to be in a highly restricted HOA community because you can't trust that your neighbors will be like minded in terms of keeping a neat, clean and orderly maintained property; these neighborhoods ultimately turn into unkempt dumps.

@@joelnazaretian7513 Joel thank you for watching the tour. I appreciate your feedback on the video. Unfortunately not having an HOA, or having an HOA is like a double edge sword. Thought not having one limits restrictions, you’ve already covered the negative aspect of not having an HOA. With the HOA, the home owners are required to maintain the their properties. This keeps everything orderly, and maintains the value of the community. However some HOAs can get too strict, and to some may become overwhelming even if you follow policies. At the end of the day, you as a buyer should decide what would be the best for you. It seems as though you know what direction to take.
