Yeah, the EMX-1 is quite "mono sounding" at basic settings. Some of it is ping-pong delay, some is basic panning, and then there's panning modulated by the LFO. Thanks for watching and commenting, hope you enjoyed it! Even though I kinda went on for too long (lost in the moment) 😉🤣

The correct way to listen to this is to right click and select repeat. If after 20 times you still have goosebumps all over, then you have listened properly. If not, you are a spiritually poor person who does not know what awesomeness is.

THANK YOU for this! i have been considering the Corona as i have 'the other' type of genuinely stereo analog chorus covered already and figured it might be time for something (affordably) new. and here, this really is some of the best chorus for synth that i've ever heard, on both gentle and dramatic settings. and when it gets intense, there are moments where it actually sounds like the Minilogue has unison detuned voices rather than what my brain recognizes as A Chorus Effect. i can't even say that about Dimension type chorus and i've been using those for a long time. i figured demos of Corona with guitar should be sufficient, but they've been pretty low effort so far.

First off, thank you so much for your kind comment! It's exactly in hopes of this kind of sentiment, I made this kind of video. 😁 I'm personally a huge fan of this pedal, as well as the other models from the series, and can only recommend it/them. While they are digital, they got a really lush and clear tone, the stereo I/O paired with the line level friendly headroom and comparably low price, seals the deal for me.

Thank you very much, and thanks for the support! ❤ It really helped a lot. My head was all the wrong places, and it felt like I was beating a dead horse, until it suddenly clicked. After I started over from scratch, it took under 1 hour to prep, record, sync, render and upload, my fastest to date.

Sounds great! Do you mean that note repeat at 3:06? Then I would say happy accident. 😀 I like this effect. You could use more such note repeats in the jam or other effects like reverse play to make the jam a bit more fancy. But anyway its a great entry for the hwj challenge. 🙂

Wow, I didn't think anybody actually read that 🤣 But no, the note repeat is intentional. Good idea to fix some reverse repeats as well, will have to see which method is best for that. The error I made was, I had a bunch of one-shots loaded up to trigger, and I completely forgot. They would have added a lot of variety and depth. Thank you so much mate ❤
