Hello! Fabulous performance and inspiring interpretation! I am currently working on this piece and I noticed your fingerings in the right hand and in the left hand are different than my publication. Is it possible to order your version, do you have it for sale? I would love to work with your edition. Thank you for the beauty you bring to the guitar and the repertoire! ❤

Thank you. This is the Frank Koonce edition, though I have changed some left hand fingerings. The right hand fingerings are a personal choice, I almost never follow what the edition has.

Your commentary as you practice is very useful to me. It provides insights on what to listen to as I practice and to how to spot correct the issues.

I have asked our one Los Angeles area FM station to play more Spanish classical and melodic flamenco guitar selections by Gohar Vardanyan, Paco De Lucia, Pepe Romero, Sabicas and many others. I think that doing this would increase listeners and contributors.

One of the best of many young women guitar greats. RIP Paco.
@garygullikson634914 күн бұрын
I love most kinds of guitar music: flamenco, spanish classical, south american, country, bluegrass and popular/old standards. The loss of Sabicas, Chet Atkins, Paco and other greats (RIP) was inevitable, they were only human blessed with great talent and determination. We are lucky to have so many great young and long standing guitar greats to enjoy on You Tube. Gohar is an amazing example of young virtuosity.

Oh Damn, fabulous Gohar managed to beat me to the reply but then her fingers do work in a very fast, accurate and spectacular fashion - beautiful work Gohar. (Don't forget to give her at least 3 diamonds. )🔷🔷🔷.

This is really very very high level playing. Playing Bach is like riding a bike steeply downhill. ANY hesitation and you'll crash. Hard. Now try that with this tone and dynamics. Top level. Beautiful.
