OCD is a daily trip through the pits of hell. The only way out is belief in the healing and delivering power of the Lord Jesus Christ. Run to JESUS. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He has the love and compassion that you seek.

Living with OCD can be like living with a monster - one that changes and grows if you feed it, and it doesn't make it easy for you not to feed it!! But with the right knowledge and tools you can help yourself. Here are a bunch of self help videos to get you on the road to recovery youtube.com/@23katied?si=p-WFTFgU5arlk_Le

My first episode happened when I was 16, I was under extreme stress with finals. I will never forget that time, it still happens about once or twice a month, it’s terrible. .The only thing that helps is massaging them and walking around, usually only last me about 10-15 minutes. But a few months ago I had a longer episode that lasted a few hours, that was rough.

I experience this a few times a week. I don’t have visual hallucinations, but I get auditory and tactile ones. I can usually “feel” things on top of me, or grabbing at me, and I can “hear” voices or things rustling around me. It feels like my heart rate is going crazy, and my whole body is vibrating. I usually have to concentrate really hard on waking up, and will try to move my hand. Truly a horrible experience

Why Calcium enters the cell at all if during depolarization, the cell is locally more positive in the inside? Doesn't that cause an accumulation of even more positive charges inside?
@Neuroscientificallychallenged

Calcium enters due to diffusion; it moves from an area of higher to lower concentration.

A good way to excite dopamine production is to be really angry or really passionate about something- healthy debates keep the brain engaged. Speaking from experience. Not fighting- debating keep challenging the brain it makes the neurons spark and and the message faster.
