Samsung buds 2 pro nowhere

I bought the Live Pro 2 thanks to this video! They arrived today and the sound is delicious, but there's a consistent white noise/static in both earbuds, like it's softly raining outside. Is this normal for wireless earphones, or is it an issue with these specifically? And is there some way I can fix it?

How does this compare with beoplay

My categories would be 1. ANC on and off battery life, 2. ANC quality/range(situational), 3. value(price x quality), and finally 4. comfort. I don't even care about audio quality, if the earbud wins all these categories, odds are the sound quality is more than adequate for the average listener.

Why isn't there a battery life category? For me is probably what makes the most diference when deciding which one to buy. (I'm saying this at 0:23 when you show the categories, hopefuly you mention battery life with ANC on/off anyway)

I have an important question please, what SF# are the pi8 earbud tips size, ie the size of hole where earbuds attach to the earbud tips, NOT the size of tips themselves ie Small, Medium, Large, I know that part, anyway, gonna use your link for them but they have from SF-0 to SF-4 I believe, with 0 being smallest obviously but again, Idk how big the part where tips attach to is to know what size hole/SF# need in tips for them to best connect to earbuds and not fall off and don't wanna waste time and money obviously please and thank you

I agree about sound quality not being directly reflective of codec. AAC is better than old-fashioned MP3, but I find good-quality MP3's sound great on my home sound system with it's high-end components. I usually play digital files from my PC over optical audio. CD's have slightly better sound dynamics, but this is due to being played over lossless optical audio transmission on a sound system with high-end components. There is no way to replicate this within an earbud. Even the best are going to fall short by comparison. Trying to notice those small nuances when comparing AAC and high-res codecs is difficult at best. Better components playing AAC are going to sound better than lesser components playing high-res. Also, I think the entire user experience is probably equally important. I find the Oneplus Buds Pro 3 are slightly better in sound quality and dynamics when compared to the Pixel Buds Pro 3, for instance. Yet I like the overall experience of using the PBP 2. Controls are better, fit is far, far, far, FAR better, so the seal is better, and thus sound is also on average better just from that. I can't repeat how important fit is. I actually contact Oneplus about the issues I have with fit, and their response was pretty basic, "Try some third-party ear tips." I have only managed to get them to fit adequately so they seal a few times, and those times they sounded quite good. The point is there are a lot more elements to earbuds than codecs. AAC on good quality earbuds that fit well are going to sound a lot better than high-res codecs on low-quality earbuds, or earbuds of any quality that do not fit well. People often judge based soley on codecs, which is misleading. It's more of a marketing gimmick at this point. How many methods of delivering high-res audio even exist with use of earbuds? All that said, there is no excuse for not at least having APTx or something along those lines. Are you listening, Google?

Hey i was wondering if you could do a wired earbuds ranking including IEMs i guess (or do them separately). I currently use the apple wired earbuds with the 3.5mm jack. Honestly they work nicely and IMO are about as good if not better than the airpod 4 without ANC for bass. I had airpod 3s for a while and going back to wired buds just made realize wireless earbuds arent that great except for ANC i guess. It would be awesome if you could do a video on those as well
