man love your videos. bought the oneplus buds pro 3. amazing audio and call quality. lacks a little in noise cancellation than airpods. this is for me only ... the left ear bud fit isaverage for me in the ear bud fit test. no matter which type of ear tip i use. rest is superb. also battery last long even with anc on. like 4-5 hrs min around 65 sound. also bought it under 11000 in the great indian festival sale. absolute steal for the price.

Eventually changing the scoring scale is not a terrible idea.. as it stands we have 10 earbuds with a score 8/10 on sound quality but surely between these 10 earbuds there are probably massive differences.. just think about it 😊

I measure the buds at max volume with a Sound Level Meter. It's not the most accurate reading but gives a rough idea.

Ah, where’s your hair gone? I don’t understand the hype about the pbp2. I tried them with a pixel 9 and even there where connection issues, I had to forget and pair again them because they wouldn’t work anymore at all. The left bud didn’t fit my ear and I had to readjust it a lot, what led to whistling sounds every time I touch the microphone, what was super annoying. The sound was flat and boring, my Linkbuds S sounded way better with ldac on that pixel phone. I ended up returning both so, phone and pbp2.

Highly recommend you to update firmware of galaxy buds 3 pro if you didn't. Sound more quality. I replaced my senni monentum 2 with them. And at first I was underwhelmed but that firmware made them at least even in sound quality.

Waitinh for galaxy buds 3 pro. Disappointed that you didnt TEST the battery for the google pixel buds 2 pro here but you tested the battery life in others, like the sonys xm5. Test definitely would be more accurate than taking the advertised ratings. Any chance you will be doing a sort of mediation/adjustment of the scores? Maybe in your overall roundup video you can try and test all the earphones you have again in some aspects to adjust, plus or minus their score just to remind you again how they do

I used to test battery and it was always pretty close to the advertised amounts, usually slightly more and my old method to test stopped working. I do update the scoring as I test more buds and revisit. But I proper update video is a good idea

I have 2 nuance questions: 1) when wearing earbud only, you probably lose either of the controls long press is assigned to, right? 2) when using multipoint, what happens when you listen to music on device A and start playing something on device B? I have seen differences here with certain buds or systems. Some start playing the 2nd source on their speaker, but some devices simply start and immediately stop playing since they expect the buds to be connected. I think is annoying. Why couldn't I just watch a video on my laptop and listen to a voice message on my phone simoultanously. I hope it's clear what I am over-reacting here :D
