The best tutorial I've ever seen. Showing everything that's relevant for a beginner like me while also giving me the feeling of "Yeah, that doesn't seem so bad! I can do that too!" Amazing work!

for those who are using unity and facing that transparency problem just add a solidify modifier to your mesh with a vert little value and the problem will be solved....
@MikeCore16 күн бұрын
Just wanted to note if you are using Unity, you can click on your model (.fbx) in its asset folder and in the inspector hit automatically generate lightmap. (so you don't have to worry about lightmapping in blender if you're using unity)

Man if you could let me know what KZbinrs you watched to learn Unreal Engine i would appreciate it. I've been watching tutorial after tutorial for a month and feel like i am not getting anywhere at all

If you don't want backface culling on your trees, for example, just add a skin modifier with a very low factor. If the few extra polygons are a concern for you, though, then I guess you can just follow the two-sided method.

What’s the deal with deleting the startup cube and creating a new one? Is it just a meme or does it actually have a purpose, like resetting something?
