Aloo Paratha Pinwheels using frozen paratha both Pan Fried and Air Fried | Mumtaz Hasham

This recipe is very easy as I used ready-made raw frozen paratha. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it to break iftar. Perfect appetizer for potluck, picnics, etc.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large potatoes
1/2 tsp roasted and crushed cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 sprig of green onions thinly sliced
Handful chopped coriander
1 -2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic paste (optional)
sesame seeds forr decoration
1 pkt frozen raw paratha (pkt of 5)
