can't wait to see your greenhouse finished ! i just got a Ecells 5 star bike a few days ago , 1500 watts it fly's up dory hill road in PAS 2 OR 3 if i hit the throttle you better be hanging on , got the wife a Lectrict 3.0 it's only 500 watts , i might of got her one of these i like the dual batteries but i hadn't heard of them , she's only 4' 11 and needs a step through with 20' tires i think yours would have been perfect with more watts . some day we'll meet up with you guys maybe when your greenhouse is done 🙂

Hmmm. No mention of the light package on it or not much on the accessory packages. In your territory, saddlebags, basketry, holsters, tools, bear spray, charge times, wet weather gear... Yeah, questions.
@ColoradoMountainLivingКүн бұрын
Sorry we weren't thorough enough on that for ya. It did come with the headlight, but I wouldn't take it out in the rain. It's more of a joy ride- zip on down to the pizza or pub and such.

I would have installed steel thin square first wire mesh thru out, then Geocell expand cell more, then compacting to increase to cell size. For one man job, well done!

@@ColoradoMountainLiving thanks, just forget, add spray resin thru to grovel for moving during heavy rain, but more on edges due to grovels are on the slope. Planning to do mine as noted

Hey guys ❤ I know You're on the western slope, but I'm considering moving from the front range to the San Luis valley. Land is cheap and less regulated than Northern CO. Do you have any tips regarding true desert homesteading?
@ColoradoMountainLiving6 күн бұрын
Actually we are technically on the front range- just 45 minutes west of Boulder so we don't really have the desert climate here. Definitely more moisture and aspens.

Noticing that you have the Stay Fresh freeze dryer. Are you going to do any videos in its use and foods you freeze dry? I ask because there are next to no videos regarding this brand. Tons on Harvest Right because it has been around the longest.

Beautiful job. Since your home is close to a wall, id say you did it correctly. If the wall was 50 feet away, I think the outside post would be sufficient. Plus, you mentioned problems cutting. Chainsaw or sawsall will work well . Not sure why your dulling blades. Unless the wood is petrified.????
@ColoradoMountainLiving16 күн бұрын
Thanks for the tips! there's probably impurities in the wood that are contributing to the dullness.

I know about the large number of stone issues you have to deal with. When I would get frustrated with all of the rock work we had to do back when my family was digging out for the foundation of our home at the top of Crow Hill near Baily Colorado my dad would remind us that they ARE called the "Rocky Mountains" for a good reason.
