I just finished TFTB a few days ago. As much as I love these interactive fiction games, I heard so much negative shit about NTFTB that I decided not to bother. The price tag is also a huge crime.

I will never forgive them for the too-convenient 'glass to the stomach' cop out for Sae Byeok when they could have *just* had Sang Woo kill her after she fell asleep or after a brief fight. We see previously that she's not some master assassin with martial arts and that, at least, wouldn't feel so blatantly 'we have to get rid of her bc the two childhood besties are the priority for the final game' imo. All in all, though, holy shit this show was phenomenal. No spoilers but s2 was so damn good, too (in different ways) and I'm so excited for s3

Cho Hyun-ju (120) is honestly one of the coolest characters in the show imo. The character development of her being shy about people watching her play that one game, to literally saving everyone by shooting the guards and teaching all the players how to use guns is just BRILLIANT. Also the fact that SHE’S the one to take over when the marine goes in shock just blew me away, she’s honestly so badass

The main reason I didn't buy the pre-sequel (outside of epic exclusive) and BL3 was because none of the playable characters looked interesting to me so that trend is just continuing. They should've just stuck with the chars from first two games imo.

i think the best explanation for GiHun's loss of morality was covered by you, which is simply, he's not that smart. if he wanted there to be a ruckus, if he wanted there to be a war between the Xs and Os, then why wouldn't he want the Os to fight first? that way, there'd still be enough of a commotion that the guards would have to step in, AND he'd have more people on his side(that wanna go home) and more troops willing to fight for his cause when they raid the control room. granted, i didnt think of it either until watching this vid, so im clearly not cut out for these games either, lol
