I'm glad you liked the showcase and congrats on getting him! He was already quite capable before the Big Band Rework. That rework mostly helped his other variants as Brass Bandit already had a built-in buff removal on his kit. That said the Rework definitely improved his already good performance, for example addition of Regen to his BB3 and Heavy Regen to his Marquee Ability helps him continously sustain and reset his buff timers again and again with more ease. I can easily say Brass Bandit is worth the investment as he fills up an unique role with his constant buff resets and is actually quite capable offensively with his life drain and buff removal. I have another video with Brass Bandit featuring him in Parallel Realms which was recorded after the Big Band rework. You can also check it if you have any doubts about his current state. Fun to use and opens up a totally different playstyle but also considerably strong. I would get her just because how different she is. I think Painwheel is the next character who should get a thorough rework like Big Band did, you can call it an future investment as she can get stronger with a kit rework if you are planning to get her. If you wanna have fun go for it but you won't lose much meta-wise even if you skip her. As a late game player I don't really need a unit like this in most cases as I already have many other units to utilize but she is fun to use and does her job really well nonetheless.

I prefer defensive stats with max accuracy as it works quite well in offense. Marquee doesn't really matter offensively, if you gonna use her in your rift base might as well go Tainted Blood.

Yeah they can help but they don't exactly improve her performance. You gotta make a choice before using these supports. Do you wanna go for a faster kill with just MM or a slower but a more reliable kill with Dark Horse or Purrfect Dark. As you will need to apply timeless Curse first which takes extra 10 seconds. At least UHost doesn't have an extra time pre-requisite, but requires a bit more well-timed tag in so that UHost's 20 sec curse can be applied without being hindered by MM's short curse.

TLDR: Great unit to have. I can list some pros and cons that comes to my mind: Pros: + Can cheese most defenses. + Doesn't need offensive stats to work on offense (except Accuracy). Which means it can be built as a very bulky offensive unit, just like Unfazed. + Defeats opponents with the least amount of direct contact. + Doesn't care about reflect damage or any type of direct hit counter when built defensively (As it won't do much damage anyways). + Doesn't really care about enemy team order. Something like Dark Might or Megalomaniac isn't a problem for her (Megalo will only get to 2 stacks of armor because you won't let her activate her SA more than twice). + Useful in rifts, you can buffer your blockbuster just before DOOM procs and you can still get the blockbuster finisher bonus. + Great sustain. + Can be synergized with UHost and DHorse but she can work solo just as fine. + Works really well in Parallel Realms. Especially against 2nd and 3rd boss nodes. Cons: (These cons are nowhere big enough to drag her down, but just wanted to mention) - This application type of Curse and Quietus has a very little window that can allow some buffs to slip through, multi-hit isn't recommended. That said, this isn't exactly inferior to Love Crafted's type of infliction, it has its drawbacks and advantages. - Painwheel lacks crowd control, only her BB3 has a meter control aspect in it and it is not easy to get BB3 ready just for that. If she had some easily accessible CC in her kit, this unit would have been really insane as it would make stalling really strong, nonetheless you can still stall if you keep your hits at minimum. - Has an anti-synergy with Octoplasm (She increases DOOM's timer as well). - Unusable (if built defensively) against AUTOIMMUNE and some very specific matchups like Blitz and Glamour and Private Dick. - Tricky to fight against Model and Surgeon but still winnable.

Her signature ability is kinda counterintuitive, you wanna use blockbusters but you can't hold them. If you compare her to just Cerebellas she is decent, buf if you compare her to others as a whole, both character kit and signature abilty-wise she is not that impressive. She has the best base stats in the game (great base HP and superb ATK), good buff control (easy 15 sec curse), alright damage, (enrage but not that consistent), slight survivability and good synergy (barrier) and if you are lucky she executes enemies below half health as long as you have enrage. Overall, I would rate her mid, what holds her back is Cerebella's own no utility kit (moveset) and her unecessarily counterintuitive signature ability (not that bad but it really is unnecessary to make her practicality drop down like that, she isn't someone like Dahlia or Eliza with great kits). She can be utilized with supports who synergize well with barriers (Starlight Rose, Maid of Honor, Rock Star...). She might be a decent investment for the future if she ever gets a rework like Big Band or slight QoL buffs to her signature ability or with more supports who can complement her kit. But might as well save the keys for others if you currently have better options.

Yeah probably, her kit is kinda weird u both wanna use your blockbusters and don't want to hold them ready for too long. She has a different playstyle at least but I hope she get some slight QoL changes on her signature abilities.

Glad you liked the vid, First of all, I don't have Hex Caliber (I also have enough shards for her). As you know Dahlia's prestige is insanely powerful, it is so impactful on the character that it feels like an uncompleted character without her prestige. This is one of the reasons you might want to go with a build with no piercing, because she can easily gain Deadeye with her Prestige and Armor Break (Armor itself counters Deadeye) from her marquee which takes care of the armor and encourages a no piercing build for the highest efficiency of stats. This is how I think of her, if I want to use an offensive Dahlia I want her to be prestiged at least, so she can make use of her kit completely. This is one of the drawbacks for me to get her, I have enough shards to get her twice but she is just not worth it. I gotta add, I am a rift player (dia3-dia2) but there wasn't a time I felt the need to utilize a character like Hex Caliber. Her prestige aside, her kit is just clunky. It is condition upon condition with no real reliability (Don't forget I don't own her, I can just talk theoritically). If I ever need immunity in rifts, I have parasoul, mummy dearest, in denile, sketchy or even gravedigger etc.. So her having immu doesn't provide much as she can already dispel all her debuffs with her tea slip. Also having a limited conditional precision? Nah, it is just too risky in some cases where you need to finish the enemy with either hex or precision. Her having unblockable attacks mean nothing if you can't even reliably utilize it, you might want to let a combo die just to time your next unblockable shot start your next combo? Dunno it just seems to be so clunky. She feels like she could almost be a really good variant, but they made her intentionally unreliable by adding condition upon condition with limited usage. As for Brass Bandit, he has so much more usage. He is incredibly synergistic (you can check my previous vid) his kit makes back-line supports at least 3x more useful. Has reliable buff removal, his SA (thanks to his many multi-hit moves) and his giant step, almost impossible to kill with right comp (final stand), so much sustain (heavy regen from marquee, 3 regen from bb3 and his SA). He offers so much more in terms of utility compared to Dahlia. If you want precision killer/hexer there are better alternatives. You want immunity, there are better alternatives. Hell, any parasoul has access to both immunity and precision and it is on demand instead of a 10 combo requirement. What I'm getting at is, I cannot replace anyone with Brass Bandit as his kit is so unique, but I can easily replace Hex Caliber because she has better alternatives.

@@alansanchez7467Happy to be of assistance. I like going accuracy because my build is mostly stun oriented and accuracy neutralizes enemy resistance. So I went accuracy to reliably apply my stuns. Normally mine is 50%, but in parallel realms it is not required as enemies don't get any stats from moves thus no resistance. It also increases the chances of SA activation if applicable, but my main concern was enemy resistance. If you are not going for a stun build it is not necessary.

It is big band after all, he has a pretty low base ATK , but developers said big band is going to get some changes in the future.

You can still pair her with Rock Star but this tech won't be as effective, she won't be able to perform a Blockbuster loop. Her main sell point is her other SA anyways, but I tried to utilize her second SA to the fullest. It is not that big of a problem imo.
