Unfazed is one of the best dahlias (most of them are good but even among them she is something else) you can choose unfazed over scare giver all day. She can kill well built splitting images with her miasma alone without even needing attack stats and she synergizes incredibly well with evergreen evil and rose tinted. Go for Unfazed for sure!
