Another onee🥰 just to let you know your last video inspired me a lot toward a paper i had to submit for university regarding the impacts of marketing on our financial health (black friday and such). Happy first anniversary to this format and sending you lots of cheers from Montreal ♡ Also fell in love with upper body days when i realized how much we can gain, how much stronger we can get.. Its the best feeling, and getting strong shoulders is amaaaazing.
