When I was getting married my fiance always new how much I admired him so she wrote him a letter and invited him to our wedding. This was years ago (July of 1998). He wrote back and said he could not make it. He was filming a movie or something like that. With the reply to the letter he included a beautiful picture of his self and autographed it for me. What a great gesture most stars and famous people would have not taken the time to do that and just completely ignored it. He is right he is very special and the world is a better place because of him. He is a insperation to me and thousands of other people because of his amazing life and his accomplishments.

Amazing wife, congrats sir! Yes, I always admire Arnold for many many things and he had his impact on my life, however one thing why I love him the most: true gentleman, down to earth guy. One of his old friends, a Hungarian Producer (Andy Vajna) died in Jan 2019. They made first terminator movies together. Arnold flew to Hungary to attend his funeral AND did the same back in LA, to attend the USA funeral. I am very luck, I met Arnold in Budapest in 2015, we have our picture together. I hope I can meet him once again. Many things happed since then!

Arnold has also paid for his mindset. He is pretty inflexible and is prone to being an extremist. Nothing teaches like failure. And for all of his tremendous success, he has had also tremendous failures. He destroyed his marriage with infidelities and fathered a son out of wedlock. He damaged his reputation as a bodybuilder competing in the 1980 Mr. Olympia which many consider was fixed. His run as Governor ended with him having major regrets that he even served. And mostly he has damaged his body with years of steroid taking that affected his heart which he claims was congenital. He is to be admired to be sure, but not emulated.

Here is a blueprint that you can use that will chart the course for the rest of your life. Thank me later. You're welcome. 4:30a - Wake up, drink a glass of water, take a multivitamin, brush teeth and urinate. 4:35a - quietly recite your favorite prayer, poem, or motivational saying. 4:50a - jog a mile, bike ride 2 miles, walk 5 miles, or use any cardio equipment you prefer for 1 hour. 6:00a - drink a glass of freshly juiced beets, carrots, celery, apple, pear, mango, parsley, wheatgrass and wheat germ. 6:30a - diarrhea from 6 a.m. drink 7:30a - shower, masterbate, brush teeth and floss, optional teeth whitening, wash face, shave, moisturize, deodorant, clip finger nails, comb hair, flex in mirror. 8:00a - eat breakfast 8:30a - drive to work 9:00a - 8:00p - work (meal 3 & 4) 8:30p - arrive at gym and weight train for 1.5 hours 10:00p - shower and then drive home, drink a large protein drink. 10:30p - brush teeth, say a prayer or something, go to sleep until 4:30a.

That I should have strict rules regarding technology & their overuse, because it can inhibit togetherness & sleep. & also that people like gifts more when you create them & take effort!
