Thank you for explaining the causes of low iron so well! I was diagnosed with anemia last year, and nothing helped until I tried herbal supplements from Planet Ayurveda. My energy levels are up, and I no longer feel fatigued all the time. There supplements really work!

Americans are lonely and poor and don’t have time to read because they’re so busy working hard 24/7 and FOR WHAT??!!! NOTHING. That’s why you have headaches! think for one second with your brain. Did you guys sleep through 7th grade health class ?? That is your eardrum you’re playing with. $35 to potentially (probably) damage your hearing permanently. Also, you can literally create a suction by covering your ear with your hand… for free Americans are so deprived of common sense ….. people are working so many jobs/hours a week, living paycheck to paycheck, AND all our appliances/machines/housing/infrastructure have been built with planned obsolescence in mind so that we all go bankrupt constantly paying for more for replacements/repairs. nobody can afford to see an actual doctor (one that’s not operating in the us just for profit) so everyone is trying to be their own doctor. Everyone is getting hurt because everyone is so desperate for solutions that they will try anything. Americans have headaches and migraines because they are stressed out and nutrient deficient. You spend how many hours driving to work and being at work or staring at a screen or appeasing whiny iPad children a day?? Healthy meals cost a lot of time and money, so most Americans have no choice but to rely on convenience junk food or do “intermittent fasting” (starvation disguised as a lifestyle diet choice). Please look outside & free yourselves from this consumerist Ponzi scheme prison of a country

I discovered I had bad breath and acid reflux at 22 years and have lived with it for 9 years, Honestly speaking it affects my life so bad that I could use any help to get rid of it which I couldn't find until last year when I saw a recommendation about Dr.Emovon on KZbin curing Herpes virus, Hiv, Cancer, EBV, HPV and all kinds of disease. I quickly contacted him and used his prescribed medication for a month and immediately the treatment I went for another pap smear test that confirmed me cured... I am a living testimony from Dr Emovon on KZbin channel good works...❤❤❤

I feel like I got the answer I have been looking for. I have CGM on and the alarm went off every 2 hrs or so because my glucose was too low. I am not diabetic but my doc put me on the monitor to find out why my A1C is high. Yes, it is. I am on a plant based diet, fasting, exercise, lost 20lbs, my insulin is low, but it's high. I sleep thru the night, but feel tired when I wake up. So this is why. I will discuss this with my doc. Thank you for this video!

Is it expected to get some low intensity shooting pains in the ear for like 15 seconds? I got migraine last night so I got a chance to use my Zok device. It gave my some shooting pains and then my ear was kinda blocked? 😬 but it did relieve a little of my migraine.

better method. keep lower legs stiff, lower thighs down in controlled fashion. grab the item, and lift with your legs/thighs. its basically like a deadlift.

people always ask me "why dont you use belt?" when lifting heavy objects (40-50 lbs). i say no need. when i lift, i use my legs to bring myself up and i always maintain a straight back. so even after 8 hours of heavy lifting, the only tired out part of my body is my wrist/arms/legs. But my back is completely fine.

How about having stress. Of not having food or electricity or ability to work. Stress of no knowing if you have a place to live. Being skinny diabetic. Having a fat Dr wearing an insulin pump that is evaluating you for diabetes.. I'm not talking about overweight I'm talking about extremely obese. And he keeps on telling me that that would be this is perfectly manageable as I looked into his waiting room and see the other diabetic center huge. So get a insulin pump and being fat is healthy. Well get like most looking at the outside and maybe some jealousy.

Your eardrum is also called your tympanic membrane. While it is involved in hearing, it’s more of your inner ear that deal with hearing. You may well have ruptured your eardrum at some point in your life when you got sick, especially as a kid. It heals and your good. For years I thought the eardrum was the key to hearing but I learned much more about hearing in anatomy and physiology classes I took recently. Perhaps that helps?

why a protein rich snack instead of one with sugar?
@jessemorris9781
@jessemorris9781 4 ай бұрын
A snack with sugar can create a spike and drop in blood sugar. Protein will give a more sustained source of glucose and help blood sugar stay stable longer into the night.

Very helpful video A combination of fasting before bed Keto and high stress I believe had caused this for me Already one night of having milk and honey- as well as a scoop of peanut butter before bed has made a difference. I woke up last night but not with the intense adrenaline rush- and was able to fall back asleep instead of laying there for 6 hours going insane 🥴

How do know if you’re sensitive to gluten ? You know alright 😩 when your tummy is bloated and you have severe stomach pain, and can’t leave the house because of diarrhoea. You can become very lethargic, I could barely put one foot in front of the other, and brain fog is a real problem. I diagnosed my self, I noticed when I ate gluten I became very ill, I went on a strict GF diet and every thing settled down. I have been glutened a few times when eating out, even though I go through the whole spool, regarding celiac disease, some restaurants don’t under stand cross contamination. When I’ve been glutened all the symptoms return , and it takes a few days to feel better. I was told you need a colonoscopy to confirm celiac disease, and you have to eat gluten for 6 weeks, 😩 I could never do that. I ate gluten for 64 years, it can come on at any age. Thank you so much for this video.

I’ve heard that fasting can help this. I’ve tried everything else, nothing works for me. I’m experimenting with a long term water fast, not sure how long I’ll go. Only other thing I’m consuming are vitamins and electrolytes (mostly in the form of pills or sea salt). I’m about ~60 hours in. It sucks so far; nausea, headaches, weakness. Powering through this to start burning fat (I’m around 22% body fat). Though on the plus side, l’m super stimulated and concentrated through the day which helps tremendously with work (feels like adderall I used for finals in college lol). I’m hoping this process helps my fatty liver / helps reverse my type 2 diabetes and as a result helps me sleep in the future. We’ll see!

@@darrinsiberia I didn’t, I did my own research and noticed that montelukast may help because it things your mucus membranes. It has so far. My sinus surgery was laparoscopic. They made the openings to each cavity larger to help drainage. The septoplasty straightened out my septum which was completely blocking my right nostril. They also shaved down my turbinates which were kinda large. It was a less than thrilling recovery.

Wow! Thank you!!!! I really appreciate you taking time to explain this so clearly. I bought one a year ago and sort of tried it and it didn't really work so I put it in a drawer. I've been relying on ibuprofen and prescription triptans that don't always help. Recently I had a bad migraine, searched for my Zok and looked up how and why to use it. I found your video and it really clicked. I tried my Zok again and understood that it's not just a gimmick. Now, I love it! My Zok helps reduce my migraine pain level almost every time and sometimes even takes it away completely. I'm not sure I would have tried it again or stuck with it without your helpful, informative explanation.
