When you hear the term "gluten sensitivity", most people think of celiac disease and gut dysfunction. While it's true that gluten can cause damage in the gut, it can also create significant damage to the brain. In this video I talk about how gluten can create damage even if you don't have celiac disease and how an immune reaction to gluten can end up damaging brain tissue.

If you go grain free and you’re still presenting with brain fog, anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic fatigue, you might want to investigate if toxic mold, it’s mycotoxins, MVOCs, etc. from water damaged buildings are another root cause.

Nice advice, the moment I quit gluten my gut was completely relieved and the following weeks my mind started to relax and think SIGNIFICANTLY clearer, faster and was a lot less prone to stress and anxiety. I’m extremely glad I started to take care of my nutrition.

If only my doctor had explained it to me like this, I might have taken my new diet more seriously than I originally had, when I was first diagnosed with gluten intolerance.

I have never found a great doctor -_- Btw I find I'm very much alergic to all prolamins so rice, oats, barley, rye, corn.. These prolamin proteins have very similar shapes as gluten so what I found is that your body can confuse rice as gluten and attack that. Also soy sauce is a no Literally have to stick to meat, veggies, fruit and dairy.

How do know if you’re sensitive to gluten ? You know alright 😩 when your tummy is bloated and you have severe stomach pain, and can’t leave the house because of diarrhoea. You can become very lethargic, I could barely put one foot in front of the other, and brain fog is a real problem. I diagnosed my self, I noticed when I ate gluten I became very ill, I went on a strict GF diet and every thing settled down. I have been glutened a few times when eating out, even though I go through the whole spool, regarding celiac disease, some restaurants don’t under stand cross contamination. When I’ve been glutened all the symptoms return , and it takes a few days to feel better. I was told you need a colonoscopy to confirm celiac disease, and you have to eat gluten for 6 weeks, 😩 I could never do that. I ate gluten for 64 years, it can come on at any age. Thank you so much for this video.

Thank you for sharing. I have so many questions. This is a difficult subject to comprehend and it's so important and it affects so many I know personally. Could Migraines be the only symptom?
