Having worked in production for many years, it is not ok to ask 3 guys working, to share a room, even 2, even if they say it's fine. Especially if they're in another country and if they're somewhere that's mostly vacant, or the client is an accommodations / real estate company.

here is what I suggest, wait about a week and go watch (Arvin Haddad) he has a no b.s. no fluff on luxury real estate and tells you all the flaws, what is really great about the property as well the real market value based on 25 aspects. Now to be fair I really like Enes and his channels, so I am not sure what the dybamic is when showing these homes . He may not be so forthcoming about the flaws because he's not permitted to, which is totally understandable . The worst "fluff guy" of all time is undoubtedly Ryan Serhant, his fluff is other worldly. Obviouslt if Enes starts ripping the property nobody will let them see the house.
