What I really appreciate about the view is that you can isolate your focus to either the mountains or turn 180 and focus on the ocean. That's the best of both worlds...

I like how the staff quarters have the same finishes and marble, and are good sized. Instead of being small and ugly cheap fixtures, it tells the staff they are important too. That they are part of the house too. Instead of just yet another worker.

This is in California! That's incredible, it doesn't look like anything I've ever seen in the state. I got to say though the Mediterranean style and like Italian Villa in that front entrance is absolutely the right design choice. Every detail is just immaculate. If there was ever a dream home or style for me, this would be it. I am absolutely blown away.

Yes indeed. California is one of the most unique places in the world. I am happy to have been born here. This is in Newport Coast which I call the Bel air of Orange county and New port beach the Beverly hills of Orange county lol. the water really looks that good in person and also thousand steps beach looks like island beach somewhere. Now to really be in awe of the various natural landscapes in California look up Purple sand beach Pfeiffer Beach!!!!! Like I said one of the most unique places on earth.

This Italian style villa is absolutely beautiful! But I must say that I noticed the shower in the primary bedroom was smaller than another bedroom but the bathroom was very spacious regardless. On another note, I hope Mikey is doing well and I miss him and his feedback! With that, still another great video😊

Italy, the country where villas have been built for well over 2000 years, considering that the word villa comes from the Latin and at the time of the Roman Empire described a residence in the countryside, later also in the urban area. And in this case... what a great villa. Wonderfully implemented classical architectural elements of a villa, including the courtyard / atrium with archways, the wonderfully translated into modern times and adapted where necessary or appropriate.
