I believe people often confuse "duty-rated" with "combat-ready." There is a common misconception that duty-rated equipment is essential for law enforcement officers (LEOs); however, only about 25% of LEOs actually use their weapons in the line of duty. Furthermore, a very small percentage of military personnel are issued handguns. In this context, there is a genuine need for durable equipment, but it primarily serves a small group of individuals. Manufacturers are aware of how easily people can be persuaded, which is why they market their high-priced optics and other gear using terms like "duty-rated."

But once you add the Johnny Glock OEM curved trigger for $22 bucks and the take up can be adjustable, to nearly eliminated.
