I have a 4 spring chair, 2 white and 2 black. Would you recommend using 1 black (a bit harder) or 1 white?

Don't do it at home this isn't true Pilates is a contemporary method that produces few results, the true method is the one established by Joseph Pilates

Hi there. I have not experienced the Regular C2 massage gun so I am not sure if the attachments are interchangeable.

Great workout…will be great to take this bala workout along to use when on the road in my camper. I modified some moves because I don’t want to strain my spine and I did what was comfortable.

Very challenging - which is great! I was a bit rickety at the beginning with the box on the tilt (must be my reformer - or could be me!) but really enjoyed this..thank you 🤗

Hello Jess you refer to the Lite part, and i see that that is the newer model, they have 3 on amazon, ive been trying to find the difference other than it being lighter
