Join me for this combination workout! We start out on the mat for a 10 minute flow warming things up and then we hit the Reformer for the last 20 minutes. This kind of combination flow is what my LIVE KZbin workout will be like on November 11th, 2023 at 10:00am CST US. Think of this as a preview, however, our LIVE workout will include totally different exercise sequences spending 20 minutes on the mat and 40 minutes on the Reformer.
This 30 minute workout attacks the full body with extra focus on hip mobility, stability & strength. This focus will help improve pelvic floor strength and really fire up those glutes too! You will get some intense core work midway through that will leave those abdominals all fired up! The only props you will need is a mat alongside your Reformer and a Yoga Block.
