Are you ready to slide and glide through a full body workout with me on the Reformer? We hit a little bit of everything in this flow! We will kick-off revving that cardio engine with a fun jump sequence warming the body up for deeper work. We follow-up with a bunch of core-controlled upper body and lower body movement sequences that will start to become challenging as we move through layers that gradually increase in difficulty. Be ready to tackle the tough challenges when they come your way because your body will be ready for them! and they don’t last forever! We got this tough stuff! We wrap everything up with some targeted abdominal workout.

Teaching Pilates came so naturally that she decided to continue branching out and received her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certification giving her the ability to start personal training and to teach group fitness. Knowledge and growth within the fitness community is a priority to Jessica and her dedication to her clients continues to drive her thirst for more. Jessica continued her education to receive her Stages Cycle/Spin Certification Tribe Small Group Training Certification, and TRX Certification. Her journey through fitness has moved quickly and her drive to live a healthy life is her constant motivation! She believes a well-rounded fitness regime incorporates multiple disciplines.
