many people appear like they aren't struggling as much because they aren't as honest. The ability to look at the reality of the situation objectively & honestly is a heavy weight to carry but you have to break the ugliness down so you can build the beauty. right now it might feel like this beautiful work you do is a trauma response but it will get easier and it'll soon feel like it comes from a more healed & content place. the fearlessness you have in facing the charade will allow you to be much happier in the long run, that's for sure.

I also got bloodwork done and had high cortisol.. realized I have PCOS, which you might too with all the symptoms. I was also told sitting all day will increase those levels so get up and movee ❤❤

Firstly good for you for painting what you want :o secondly I really like your summer paintings, I guess I’m just a fan of more representational work plus maybe your affection towards the subjects comes through as well? thirdly I am also team board, I did my a level project (uk final exams) on wooden panels which was great ❤ fourthly even though I am about a decade older than you your dedication to making your artistic dreams happen is really inspiring, which I’d had the self belief for that instead of getting a stem degree lol

Idk if it would be the same but u can always paint on just wood u find in skips being thrown out- oftern builders chuck out loads od scrap wood. Then its *☆sustainable ☆ as well (and cheaper)

Your personality is so fun. Also that plastic bag at 6:39 is impressive. I really relate to spend hours making something so small. The other I drew someone with shorts that were sagging so their plaid underwear was exposed. This piece of the drawing is only like 2 inches wide and a centimeter long but I ended up spending a whole hour just doing that lol. And I half assed the pattern at that 😂.
