Another thing to look for, low mileage and great condition 15 year old vehicle. How much of its life has it spent in the dealership getting issues resolved? 😂 Good video though, very informative!

Well known issue for sunroof leaks is the rubber drain tube END that goes bad. There are many vids on how to repair and what to look for in the wiring. The wiring runs along both sides of the car on the inside. Simple repair that anyone can do.

I have bought a 27" model and after using it for a few days was happy to go back to my old Apple Thunderbolt display which the Aloc was supposed to be the upgrade of. Even though my ten-year-old Apple display has lower resolution, the color quality and darkness of blacks is much better. Alogic display has glossy surface but somehow the look of the image doesn't have that "glossy" quality and more of a watercolor feel. When you increase saturation, the picture becomes grotesque. I'm a professional photographer and finish my prints on acrylic. The look of the Apple displays is the closest to what I like my prints to look like.

I believe modern steering wheel leather are coated. While a magic eraser may work it's perhaps too aggressive and may take off that layer. My recommendation is to do it super lightly if you do do this method. I prefer gyeon leather cleaner.

Just got mine and setting it up. Question: is it recommended to calibrate the 27in Alogic Clarity with a Color Monkey monitor calibrater and how is it done. Plug into the Monitor itself, USB or through the Mac mini M2 Pro. Seems to have great color a bit different getting used to the buttons on the lower right. Thanks

Why does no manufacturer make a 27", 4k, 120hz+ monitor? It's not like 120hz is a "gaming" feature given the technological advancement. If I pay 1000€+ for a monitor I want my eye to enjoy the smoothness of 120hz, not technology that was invented 20 years ago.

I bought two alogic monitors. They are okay, but only after extensive calibration. Out of the box, the colors and contrasts are completely overblown, making professional work for graphic designers impossible. But far more importantly: The customer service writes friendly emails, but does absolutely nothing. I have a defective docking station which they refuse to take back. There's absolutely no possibility for return processes! And I had to pay high customs fees, which they promised me 5 or 6 times they would cover. Nothing happened. Therefore, my clear recommendation is to definitely avoid this company.

I bought this and am returning it within 1 hour of opening. The touch is AWFUL. Not sensitive at all and that’s the MAIN driver. Notes on touch: 1. Not easy to set up - doesn’t work well at all 2. Not intuitive to set up at all. Pain in the ass 3. There’s no sensitivity controls - you have to press pretty hard on the screen with pencil to draw. Fine as a screen, touch is GARBAGE. Absolutely not a good with stylus and notice how nobody is reviewing that part of it. People suggesting this as a good touch screen have no shame or integrity.
@Rosequartz956 ай бұрын
Could you describe more in terms of touch and stylus? I had hopes it would be like working on a big iPad screen. I’m unsure if I should buy this, I mainly want to use it for drawing and digital art only.
@Kismet_design6 ай бұрын
@@Rosequartz95it’s absolutely nothing like an iPad. I had to press pretty hard on the screen and the the pressure doesn’t change the size. If you just touched the stylus on the screen, you would not draw anything, then you start pressing… and pressing…. And then finally! The screen begins drawing. The size is just a consistent size because pressure turns it on but size does vary much…. At least it seemed so. I didn’t play with it as I quickly realized it sucks and called support for a return.

@@Kismet_designIt’s odd how little information there actually is for this monitor. I think it’s best if I don’t buy this at all.

I just did this roof rack but unfortunately the wind is so loud and it howls. How do you have this from not howling?
@brandonpetrykowski1657 ай бұрын
All racks make noise unfortunately. Hopefully you used the half size unistrut instead of the full size. Also, depending on where you have the rack placed on the roof. Farther back the better. You can also “pitch/tilt” the rack to be shorter in the front. Last is cutting pipe insulation wrap in strips and wedge them in the unistrut channels so wind won’t catch. hopefully some of this helps!

man, I'm so interested. I currently have an LG 27 5K ultra fine and I love it so hard, but I need a second monitor and the closest thing is an LG 4K but it has that TERRIBLE matte coating that I want to punch a wall every time I look at it next to the glossy saturated 5K. So I want something in between the price because I'm not shelling out another $950. $800 isn't that much cheaper, especially considering their 2 models on amazon have only 16 ratings for the non-touch, and 1 rating for the touch. I can't trust that, warranty is 2-years but there's no return info on amazon which means you're dealing with an overseas company with absolute zero presence in the U.S. that's too big of a risk.
