Not tryna be against this because I think you are spot on. Just one thing I would like to add is that before you drive them out. They should be able to go out and fly from the coop for say 1 hr. That will allow them to get to know the surrounding areas. Then I would resume. Thanks for the video

I have a question. If the homing pigeons will always come back to their loft one flown, why would one randomly leave and join strays?

How many do you toss at a time? I have 8 birds, 2 won’t fly like at all. They’re all adults but the two will jump around and stay in my yard and the most fly to a tree and sit there, the other 6 will fly but only to the roof of my house and back down etc, they’ve never taken off to the skies

Awesome fun hobby. Only 1 thing u missing... where u stable the floor grates to the wooden bars that supports up the grated gate, u need an extra 1/4 inch thick x 2 inch wide to nail over that so u can scape. If not, the poop stuck in the support wooden bars n grated floor n u cant clean it out. Cover to top of the gated medal wire floor n where support wood beams are. I dont think u understand what im talking bout, cuz i currently baked n tipsy 😂😅
