Wilson's Heart is sad because the audience loved Wilson. And that was a nice and bitter-sweet end for Amber who was a rather hated character. So, the writers figured out a way to make a hated character sympathetic in the end. That shows how well-written this show is. 🌠

"Help Me", I literally just watched that episode, I'm on the 2nd episode of season 7, and the moment where House looses it on Foreman at the end stood out. A quote from an earlier episode I feel like really works here: "Almost dying changes nothing. Dying changes everything". I think it's a common thought that House only really cares about how interesting patients are, not that they need help. It doesn't feel right, considering how many times he's shown pain after losing someone, but this one's different. That death broke him. He's logical, he knows there's nothing he could've done, yet he's mad with himself. He was there with her, and she died with him. He lost someone, not just a patient, but someone he made a connection with.

Him doing surgery on his own leg although gruesome was so sad. The ending was sad but like Thelma and Louise moment. House and Wilson ride off into the sunset.

In my opinion the episode 'three stories' especially when house gets amputated was pretty sad for me. Both the other two patients become better. One gets full use of her leg back, the other gets amputated but still has mobility. House gets stuck in the middle ground and that was pretty sad.

House failing the woman under the debris was the saddest thing ive ever seen in the show. From comforting the woman by talking to her about his leg, under the pressure of saving her leg, then failing to save her life after amputating her leg, it was just soul shattering to watch. For all his cynical methods and indifference to others, the woman's death resonated with him not by a personal level, but even in his medical abilities. He was so helpless, it was so hard to watch

The episode which where the hospital is in lockdown and house is in the room with a terminal patient was pretty sad in my opinion.

they're good at thinking up wrenching stories: the poor girl who hid her schizophrenia, the family who thought for days their daughter was still alive (she was dead, mistaken identity), the girl who lost her brother in a moment of inattention (though we don't know if she herself was too young for the responsibility). These stories tear us to pieces.

House leaving everything to go joyriding with Wilson in the final episode is, at the same time, the most wholesome and saddest moment of the entire series. Everyone loves Wilson, and knowing he doesn't have much more to live is devastating.

For me, the saddest part of "Wilson's Heart" was House on the bus with Amber at the end - all the sarcasm and bitterness is gone, and what's left is just a broken, lonely man in pain, afraid that his only friend will never forgive him, who wants to die because then it won't hurt any more. House's primal core - the few times we get to see it - is the most heartbreaking aspect of the show.

There is no real difference between House and Foreman other than that Foreman cares. House is Spock to Foreman's McCoy. As perfect in its execution as a Ming bowl.

Honestly bad choice Mine is Kutner's death and most of House adventures like when his psycho stupid friend left or when he realized Cuddie didn't meet with him. Miserable for no reason speech is very good Female patients dying - didn't appreciate it, Amber kinda too. When 13 told House he doesn't have feelings it struck me 10 times harder

That would be such a horrible feeling just thinking you're about to save someone from dying and you run frantically a million thoughts but one is clear you need to move fast you rip open the ambulance doors and see that not a single person in that ambulance is moving for a second you want to say what the hell get up but then you realize why nobodys moving
