Justin stop the CAP!!! You have to compare him against Bolt . Bolt is the standard. You don’t buy a new Kia and walk up to somebody with an AMG and say “ hey, we both have cars”

Put him on the backstretch, once he is in front of you, there's no catching him no matter who you are, he wont give up that lead. Unless your Bolt.

This was an excellent discussion, one of the best I’ve tuned into that’s related to track and field. This discussion has so many pearls and takeaways that athletes and coaches from the high school, collegiate, and pro levels could learn and benefit from. Out of the many points and comments made, some of the few I absolutely loved were, the importance of taking recovery seriously (just as important as your workout), the importance of a seamless handoff in the 4x100 (The experience Sekou shared with his team winning with a high jumper on third leg is a testament to that point, whew!), mentioning Coach Holloway’s ability to get into the psyche of athletes (recalling his words to “act like you’re supposed to be here), the importance of collegiate and pro athletes to think about life after track before track comes to an end, emphasizing track athletes’ abilities and gifts to be able to balance both track and life outside track (wins, losses, adversity, and everything in-between, will serve you well navigating your way through life), and my favorite one I will surly share with my high school athletes, the 400 is going to hurt whether you run it slow or fast, so might as well run it fast 😂.

Best advice ive ever heard com8ng from an athlete and for that matter anyone, he needs a Gatlin in his corner, as i stated earlier noone in the history of the sport has endured more and come out a winner than Justin Gatlin. Devotion personified.

Stop talking and work more. She has a Abby Steiner stride. Abby would benefit from more air time and less turn over. Sane for Mczkenzie Long.

Fred is right but ill say theres been far more jamaican and overseas prodigy flameouts due to them not actually playing any other sports in HS...track was their life from early early....ive seen kids running crazy crazy times from 14 years old overseas onky to get to the usa and not even be a factor

No no no no no! Call it like it is. Femke fumbled the bag which opened the door for Alexis. Keeping up with Femke up to 120m or 200m means nothing. She runs an even 4. So when everyone else is dying, Femke appears to be pulling away.
