His top speed surpasses Speed’s, even though Speed had the advantage with quicker reaction times in this race-an unusual occurrence, considering Noah’s reaction time is notoriously poor (as seen in the Olympics). It's simple. Noah underestimated what is clearly a quick person. That kid can clearly run near 11 second 100m pace and that's fast enough for even a sub 10 guy to need to run flat out to make the point he needed to make. Instead he rolled out of the start, put a couple of quicker steps in and then fkd around. But all ignorant people will see is the gap being "only" one metre.

@mcevensbien-aime4558 Lol wowww 😂 gtf outta here. I was in the Navy bruh, I use to run 2 miles on top of doing calisthenic work outs for an hour the chances of you getting hurt while running are very slim This dude is a professional athlete, like come on now it ain't nothing to do a sprint. Ain't nobody worried about injuries, if that was the case he wouldn't race in the first place Basketball players still play basketball during the off-season and they are more likely to get hurt If you got it then you got it, yea maybe he wasn't at his best during that time but once you reach a certain level of athleticism/being in shape it shouldn't be much to race a youtube streamer But the thing people don't realize is that Speed is actually fast. I guess because he's a streamer and he's known for being funny/acting ignorant, people don't want to give him his props I can guarantee you that if Speed was to train he would definitely be able to compete
@4purs18 сағат бұрын
Speed is fast for sure but he not a track athlete man, keep in mind 50m is way diff to 100m. Even if he trained he’d probably run an 11s 100m which looks like it’s only a couple steps behind the track and field runners but if we’re talking about competing it would be bottom for all times. He would’ve for sure made varsity but unlikely d1

Noah knew he was filming that day for MrBeast. Speed got a call and an offer 3 hours in advance when he was at home in front of a computer, then sat in a car for 3 hours, warmed up 10-15 minutes or so and then had this race. Obviously Noah is faster, but it was suprisingly close even as it was just 50m and the preparation clearly favored Noah.

@@Emmanuel-ne3oi I was addressing the point made in the video that the race was close because Noah wasn't properly prepared. I tried to make the point that Speed wasn't prepared either, he doesn't even know the basic technique taught for track-and-field and just got up from a 3 hour drive.

@@Emmanuel-ne3oi It doesn't matter if the argument is over who runs faster. But that is not the argument, the argument highlighted on the thumbnail is "Did Speed embarrass Noah?". And yeah, you could say that it being so close is embarrassing for the olympic gold winner vs an amateur. Especially considering that the amateur doesn't know technique, put on spikes the first time, sat in the car for 3 hours before the race etc. That's what the topic is about. Now in my opinion it doesn't take anything from Noah and embarrass him, it just shows how talented Speed is.

The only way Noah would race if there was zero risk of injury or loss. He put in 50-60% effort, here, in the off- season. Noah's naivety provided us with good entertainment. The clue was in the KZbinr's/streamer's name. Tyreek Hill was fully aware of the danger and ducked that challenge from Speed! Noah is the slowest starting world champion in athletics history (between him and Carl Lewis) which equated to bad optics for Noah. If the streamer had been up against a Jon Drummond, Maurice Greene/ Dennis Mitchell / Ben Johnson or even a Yohan Blake, it would have been a very different picture.
