First of all, I love your podcast and listen to it often on my commute to and from work. One suggestion I have is to prerecord your advertisements so that your guests don't have to sit and wait for you to do it in the middle of the interview. Maybe there's a good reason for doing it this way that I'm unaware of but either way thanks for putting this awesome material out to the public

the other way would be to set up time stamps for the videos in order for people to skip to the end of the ad, but i dont think they really want that 😂 the shawn ryan show does it though and his videos are just as good if not better. one useful tip is that every ad they make is exactly the same in regards to time. Its always either 1 minute, 1 minute 30, 2 minute, 3 minute, etc when you think about it like that it makes skipping to the part you want easier.

@@trippasnippa119I'm with you. I believe the flow and energy and therefore the quality of the podcast would tangibly improve if they could figure out how to work pre-recorded ads. This is a great show, I've been watching for years. Can't hurt to throw our two cents in occasionally.

The only reason I thought of so far is to give the guest a moment to pause and gather their thoughts while they read the ad. They film this one take usually, so it’s nice to give the guest a second. Just a possibility that would make since to me but idk.

@@0bserver416 You support Kleptocracy: Kleptocracy, also referred to as thievocracy, is a government whose corrupt leaders use political power to expropriate the wealth of the people and land they govern, typically by embezzling or misappropriating government funds at the expense of the wider population. With political corruption being designated as a 'threat to national security' you better believe the DOJ and U.S. allies will continue to hold ALL foreign and domestic enemies accountable for their crimes against the populations they've exploited. Btw, who is paying you to support Kleptocracy? Don't bother answering...agencies already know who is paying you. Mr. Carlos owes his life to his friends.
@markwilson6818 Жыл бұрын
Yes, you are 100% correct that Carlos owes his life to Mike Taylor but in fact he hasn't even paid for his legal fees. Can you believe Carlos said in the Apple TV documentary that he is the victim. This is the true definition of a narcissist which Carlos has demonstrated he is.

@@markwilson6818 I live in Japan. Japanese people are very kind and friendly, but when it comes to legal and security issues related to foreigners, their behavior can be so cruel and inhumane that it is hard to believe. Please note that this is my personal opinion.

Sounds like an episode of the 1980's tv series "The A-Team". If you have a problem - you call Mike Taylor. :)

Funny enough, green berets are divided into A-Teams, B-Teams and C- Teams with each team having a different responsibility in the operation. And this is where the term A-Team comes from. So, it actually is closer to real life than you know.
