Have you talked to any drivers on the Merchant gas division? I just got on with them for call and demand and they advertise $80-$140k, just wondering what is realistic?

Backing with a dolly attached will definitely test ones religion lol Great video One thing I will say about pulling doubles is the wondering or wiggling of the trailers can sometimes be contributed by the way it’s loaded…I’ve had a few that I’ve fought all night because of weight distribution

Seems like you like the company 💪, the fuel side is the same way, we can make 70 - 80 on the low end but if we work 60 hours a week easily make 110k+

Awesome, man, that’s a nice truck!! Crete hasn’t been great lately. They rushed me out of the house last Thursday just to sit waiting for empties for a day and a half. Sat almost a day today waiting for my next load, which doesn’t load until tomorrow, so a free 34 right out of the house is just awesome lol. I’m looking for something better

Sorry to hear that! If you’ve got a year experience and endorsements, you should be able to get on with a good LTL or Tanker company. Hope you find something better for yourself.

At my terminal, everyone makes over 100k. My manager is fairly strict. Does hire anyone with 1 year experience. She doesn't like bear minimum. Hopefully I get a new truck soon. My current truck has 550k miles lol

It’s simple. You fill out a trip ship and the customers sign it. Customers sign the BOL. You turn them both in to the company when you return to the yard.

@@justing7171 the reason I don’t check that small detail is because I’m paid an extra $50 on every load. If it’s a drop and hook at the customer, it’s $100 instead of the $50. A load I ran first if the week paid me 2,147 miles, and an additional $100. In total, it paid $1,495.55, which equals out to $0.696/mile. Which is $0.04/mile more than my normal pay. So I never worry about the miles.

Yes. If I remember right, it pays 65% of the rate of the load.

The power of a 5k subscription channel. KAG did not want the most known driver on social media to have countless videos of breakdowns. Calculating all the money he is losing. For myself every time I see a KAG truck my first thought is how much does that one break down. Kinda sticks in your mind when you see inside a company and the reliability failures at one terminal.
