Good advice from the book of Mark. Interesting Chris on your positive experience with diet,was 204 pound in September and lost ten pounds in one month on mostly meat,however going on 3 weeks of no loss of weight,tough part is the sweets,great video and lots of good information,peace and calm.

Thanks! The meat diet works well so far. As long as I don’t run out of food, I have no bread or sweets - aside from that Frappuccino drink

I don’t think we have much to worry about on that front yet. A long way to go. In fact, Elon Musk said it isn’t a good idea to have electric trucks.

Great suggestion! First tip: close the curtains in your truck. Second tip: don’t park next to a reefer trailer if you’re a light sleeper

Thank you, I will. I’ve noticed a few vloggers who were making so much money on KZbin, they quit trucking. They were back within 6 months😂 I guess they realized they couldn’t vlog a trucking channel without actually doing any trucking stuff🤷‍♂️ plus, some companies don’t allow it

I've been enjoying your regular uploads recently, but I've gotta say that new mic isn't great. Your voice comes across crystal clear, but the background noises from the truck are hollow and distorted. Old setup was better.

Noted! I’ve noticed the mic’s noise cancelling is superb compared to using nothing at all😂 a little too good. I’ll need a second mic just for background noise
