Very, very good. But it kind of wanted some bells, I think; just a bit, for accentuation.

After a decade of listening to your works and thinking "oh man I wish I could play piano like him" I finally decided to start learning! Thank you for making such wonderful videos and being an inspiration.

I've been following you since your Castlevania covers they where and will always be a huge inspiration to me. I had no idea you where going through so much and I'm sorry to hear it, here's to overcoming our past experiences and growing. I'll be here to listen to whatever pieces you upload whenever that may be.

It's fall 2024, 8 years since my original comment on this video, and I still come back often to listen to it. Absolutely amazing. You inspired me to learn to play Castlevania piano music.

This is just an absolutely lovely arrangement. You really knew how to take out the best elements of both versions and combine them - the mysterious and ethereal feel of the Character Creation version, and the bleak yet comforting mood of Maiden in Black. I feel like one of the best possible quotes to really capture the mood both of these tracks convey is the famous one from Stockpile Thomas: "You have a heart of gold. Don't let them take it from you."

Thank you, man. When I see people like you, playing songs that makes me feel better, I remember why I am learning to play piano.

I wish there were sheets for this epic arrangement. If I had a midi I would most definitely make that a reality..... 😉

This is the best version of Akagi Party I have ever heard, and remains the standard for me - even better than the official recording. Your tempo and technique remain unparalleled. I will always come back to listen to this! ❤

It's been so long since I requested this song from you, and I've continued to come back to this video and your channel since then :) You're still my favorite pianist on KZbin and I wanted to thank you for the music you brought into all our lives! Your rendition of Akagi Party is still, for me, the best I've ever heard bar none.

You are one of my greatest references for piano. The way you arrange the chords, the textures, full of colors, the four clefs on the sheet music in some arrangements instead of two, and the incredible re-harmonizations perfectly done. To me, you will always be a great pianist. If possible, I would love for you to make a video about your piano influences or recommendations for classical music that have influenced you. I'm from Brazil

I saw this 13 years ago for the first time, and been coming here at least once a month to listen. Absolutely spectacular performance. Any chance we will ever see this sheet music? I tried for a week to get it by ear but it proved a daunting task since I couldn't see the full movements of hands on the video.

A very interesting read and I agree with you V. This is finaltits... you know who I am. Thank you for all of your patience with me and my annoying-ness. I came out of arrested development a couple years ago and found myself. Your music and ability are amazing and I will always love you. Also, this doesn't mean good-bye either. You have always been a great person and friend to me -- and I've been distracted with politics and evil going on in the world. I need to fight it (the evil). My time is now spent there, on Twitter. You're such an amazing and talented person -- and so respectful and patient. You have been my hero for many years and still are, V.

I think about this piano cover a lot. Been listening to this off and on since it came out back in 2011. I think it's especially incredible how you were able to get access to record on a Bosendorfer, I can't imagine how that must have felt

This is honestly a triumph, better than the original type of stuff. I have thought long and hard upon the repeating tones of this ever-growing rendition, it speaks to me of a deep and abiding truth arrived at only through gradual realization
