I just seen your video, and subscribed immediately ! I always wanted to have a general lee, even tried to buy a few and couldn't afford 100k for it. But now i believe i could budget build one like you have, you have inspired me. Not counting the ford/mercury car, how much for the body and how many hands on hours in your build ?

Yes I do! You would have to modify your components to fit but it would technically still bolt up!

@@JimiJamma yes sir with working doors and deck lid, ac, heat, cruse control power seats and a 5 speed manual swap with 410 gears. For what I have in this it would’ve costed me about 60k more to have it real mopar lol. Bang for my buck and it doesn’t hurt my feelings because ima Chevy guy lol

It’s easier to say crown Vic. Most people see a Mercury and still call it a Vic. But yes technically speaking it’s a mercury charger.

Im curious about how you sawaped the super bee over to the charger rear end ? Did you have to do anything special from the original roof to covert over to the charger style?

I'm 33 now and I bought and started working on my first classic at 16. You have done a great job with creating another 69 charger and you should be extremely proud of your car and drive the wheels off it! I also did a body swap with a Studebaker onto a Dakota just like you have done and it's more intimidating than hard. Like you said almost anyone can build a car like this, just take the time and enjoy the project! Keep in mind that the hardest part of a build like this in only in your mind lol!
