Hey Katie, my first drink for a year now is warm water with lemon juice since acv doesn’t agree with my system. Then protein powder and it made a huge difference in my digestive health and eating choices for the day. Thank you for all you do for the LSF Girls! 😘🤗

Always love your routine videos! So yes would love to see a night one! Also I feel like I have that same coffee bean grinder 😂 it was my moms or grandma and of coarse still works great! Also I don’t know how you don’t get super sweaty on Leg and booty day. Even when I slow down for weights I’m always dripping sweat after.

Oh so exciting! Can’t wait for you to try everything! I sometimes do wing woman with acv on the morning or night like a “tea” almost or I just add it to my water during the day anytime really. Pep rally is great anytime you need a little boost. I personally use it in the afternoons instead of an anteroom coffee or as a pre-workout

Hi, Sea Salt has minimal minerals whereas, it’s Celtic salt that has the 82 minerals and it’s much more effective to put a pinch under your tongue and then drink water.

Ok I’m laughing at myself now. When I saw you going back into the refrigerator I thought “oh here we go again- putting this and that into another drink”. I’ve never been good at waking up early since having kids😂. My boys are almost 6 and 3 and I just started, literally this week, to try to get up at 630 to work out before they get up. I like it. I’d like to stick with it.

But I do belief that enough and good sleep is the most important thing for our health. Otherwise I don't have energy to do the things that are good for me like working out either. 🤗

Part of me is hesitant to start protein powder because it has to be added that the pea protein is more easily digested which suggests that protein powder causes digestion issues. That doesn't need to be said about chicken...

I'm not sure where you are getting that information, but it's really not true. Tbh, most do not drink enough water/liquid during the day, so I can understand why it may seem like a lot. These liquids aren't even close to my daily intake :) and there is nothing wrong with having a lot to start your day.
