Sir I’m having RX 135 4s in stock condition ( recently restored). It runs with 18 inch wheels, mikuni oem Japan carburettor, and a 0.50 mm piston. My bike only goes 95km topspeed without pillion. Please help me to gain more topspeed. Waiting for ur reply.

Sir after engine is.on and I press the clutch lever fully then the thud thud noise continuously coming but as soon as lever is released then no sound..any idea what might be the issue.. I have RX 135 4 speed

What will happen if there's play between primary gear and clutch gear? Can this make noise as well?

There remains a minor gap. But in case you've pitting or worn out tooth on any primary or clutch gear. It will cause noise.

@@MotoTravelRide i have gone to a mechanic for clutch noise issue. he showed a minor gap between those gears and he told me that was the reason for that noise and asked me change it

@@balajimuthu6628 if you're able to see that gap.. then it's not a minor gap. It's major. .you have to replace it then. But make sure to check rest of the things that are explained in this video.

Some say another reason for the sound is roughness of the gear teeth face of primary and bell gear teeth. Can I polish the teeth face to a mirror finish?

You are clearing many unanswered questions for the people like me who have minimum knowledge about these issues. I own 1993 rx 100. Stock condition. Hi Shiva..thank you for your kind words. If you're certain that the noise is from right side, then it has to be clutch. If it is slight and addressed at the earliest it will save few bucks and keep the original thing in bike. Carrying on with that noise might aggravate the problem and costs would be major. Sound is basically primary sign of beginning of the problm. No harm, get it checked one time( not necessarily ASAP)

Sound gets dissipated all around ,its a closed area .. your problem is from the clutch assembly side.

Brother, currently experiencing a problem, my bike is having the same noise you stated... i have replaced new basket, new inner basket, new steel plates, new cork plates, new pressure plate, still the sound persists. Does riveting the basket too tight so that it cant dampen the sound on the rubber makes sound ?... Or we want a very very little play to arrest that sound ?

Bro i got damage one of the tooth of clutch belt with the screwdriver when i tighten the crank shaft and it make a very loud noise. I just want to know is that true because the mechanic said that the reason of the noise. If it is so can i smoothen the damage tooth with sandpaper?

Specifically @3.24 : damping rubbers get worn out.You just need to get the rubber bushes replaced and riveted .

On my 1991 rx100... I observed the rattle sound from the clutch cover... If I depress the clutch lever, the sound disappeared... If I release the lever the sound resumed... Is it the issue with clutch?

Yes it's the issue with clutch... check all 3 components of clutch assembly..refer the video you'll be able to figure out the faulty part.

Hey bro I have a 1995 RX100 and the problem that I am having is that after riding my bike for like 30 mins my engine misses and shut down as if fuel has finished. After waiting for 10-15 mins the bike starts again. Can you guess and tell me what the problem is? Some people have told me that I need to change my entire piston block but I don't think that's the case. Is it a problem of the Reed Valve? Also it smells like kachha fuel sometimes. Would be really great if you can help 🙂

Hi.. it can be anything only in the electronics.. Ht coil( under tank) most primary suspect. Or the Cdi or at last the pulse coil under magnet . Dm on Instagram ,can elaborate you to rectify it.

Hello Brother, recently i have got serviced my bike and changed the new clutch plates and steel plates as well original from yamaha. also set the clutch setting as you told in previous video. but my bike is just making sound but not running properly... there is not that good pickup that rx have in actual. i am having OE 5speed block piston 100 number kit installed in my 4speed engine. can you please tell me what could be the problem and how can i solve it also please tell me how can i properly tune it. looking forward for your reply... Hi ankit... First thing have a go through this video and find out if you had any of these issues with with the clutch components.. If non was there ,then there there is a chance that the bell tooth or the primary tooth either of them is not matching or worn out becoj of which the noise comes.

clutch housing are no more in production. go for after market, the only option. ( pick locally by ordering at shop). might cost 200 around for centre, 300 boss and 400-500 basket..
