Is porcelain the best for burners? Or do other kinds of clay work as well? Have you tested these?

What annoys me the most on these videos is when they don’t show the finished product glazed.

That's perfect... All of them!!! Unfortunately I live in Brazil and the taxes/delivery/dollar value are insane, otherwise I'd definitely buy them.

Thank you for your beautiful videos❤ can i ask , are the mushrooms made from the same clay but coloured? How do you colour it if so or do you use a clay that can fire at the same temperature?

can you do this after crafting your pot or you have to let it rest or dry before craving into it ?

I love my disc ribs. Great recommendation! I use metal knitting needles of different sizes to clean and burnish joints. Michael Sherrill has gifted countless potters with his awesome tools! Thanks for this great video!

I love how clean you throw. That takes a lot of skill and discipline, and is not an easy thing to do. Lovely...

What do you do after you're done shaping it? You just let it dry and then you can use it? Or what

What would you do if you accidentally sliced too deep and cut through all the way, would you patch it and re-carve or just recycle the clay?
@KaiCeramicsOfficial5 ай бұрын
Depends on where, but usually I try to salvage it by adding mushrooms and tendrils as a "patch" 😁

I LOVE when you show before/after, most people have no clue just how drastically different the colors are before and after firing!! It’s one of my favorite parts of the craft (except when you’ve got a very specific color in mind but don’t own it, so you have to mix it yourself and then do a million test tiles before you’re willing to put it on the piece it was originally created for lmao 😅)
