Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho are by far my favorite living football legends, they are the reason I fell in love with football in the first place, they are part of my childhood... Henry should have won at least one or two ballon d'or in the 2003 and 2004 seasons, he was so unique and underrated back then, he was almost unstoppable and genuinely a very good all-rounder authentic player. ☯️✌️

Hey man just seeing this channel, i have to point out that at 5:23 thats not a picture of stephane henchoz, that’s eric meijer, also one of houllier’s summer signings of that 1999 year.

It's not only the fact that Liverpool made a comeback after being 3-0 down, it's also who they did it against. That Milan team was full with superstars (Kaka, Pirlo, Crespo, etc), on the other hand, Liverpool had an average team with any superstars. It was really a miracle

Ibrahimovic was blamed but the squad around him was weaker than when he left. They didn’t spend a lot when he was there but spent a lot when he was sold.

Bro lived a colourful life 10 times more intensely than others. He chose it. He knew the price and he paid it. I respect that. I never heard of him hurting anyone - or if he did, he tried to make it right. He earned everything through his own hard work from his childhood in a backyard in the slums. He was a good man. It is not for me to judge him in whatsoever way. Greetings from Poland.

I GREW UP WATCHING SCHMEICHEL AND HE WAS MY GO TOO OR WHAT TO DO AS A GOAL KEEPER. I TRAINED LIKE HE DID, PLAYED LIKE HE DID, BUT IN THE USA SOCCER WASNT BIG ONCE YOU BECAME AN ADULT. LOL IF I COULD PLAY NOW, I WOULD HAVE BEEN A ROCK STAR, BUT I PLAYED PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL INSTEAD, BUT REALL FOOTBALL WAS MY PASSION AND MY LOVE. IT STILL IS AS USA FOOTBALL IS RIGGED AND FOR ENTERTAINMENT, WHILE REAL FOOTBALL ALL OVER THE WORLD IS FOR REAL AND THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE!

Watched this when it released in february, now watching it again as I’m waiting for another Balon banger… Netflix level quality from Fahad as always. Commented way back in another video that The Athletic should team up with this man. High level football journalism combined with this level of football documentary making would be amazing, all though he obviously does a great job by himself. Underrated channel with unlimited potential!

The fact is . If Pele played in Europe he wild not score so many goals. Maradona was a player that he could go to the worst club in Italy or Spain and bring them to the top 3. Not even cruijf could do that. Or platini.
