Wow, so good to see John Brown . He was a master poser and one of the most entertaining bodybuilders ever , very few had the charisma he had, plus one of the best physics ever.

at the end of the day they are nfl players but from an exercise selection and form standpoint this is mid at best. Dads a legend but stuck on the old ways

Their form is so sloppy and a huge injury risk. It's fun to throw around weights but if you're a professional athlete, you need to be safer

Is it a bodybuilding competition or a sports competition?? These athletes need to get better at their sport not lift heavier weights 😂😂

Who here remembers the Real Sports episode they did where his dad basically chose his wife due to her athletic genetics so he could have the most gifted kids possible. Props to him for making it a reality.

Form is the most underrated and overrated part of working out at the same time haha. Everyone has different ways of moving, there are some major dos and donts but some people also will just look different in an effort to lift the most weight they can and u gotta be flexible with them

While there may be some valid critiques regarding exercise order and technique, it’s incredible to see this father and sons lifting together. Weightlifting teaches discipline, self-respect, and functional skills, and it’s clear he instilled these values in them from a young age. God bless this family and this dedicated father.

A speed power athlete like amon should be doing plyos and power based training 1-3 reps of 40-60% and then maximal strength training-1-3 prolly lower than 80% just due to injury risk. The hypertrophy might boost work capacity but like football is a glycolic energy and phosphates energy system sport its fast twitch. The hypertrophy work capacity training will only help endurance and injury resistance from increased muscle mass. I'd also do unilateral stuff too
