As an adult, I can confidently say that a lot of the costume and Zord designs were marketing decisions to sell merch. As a Kid, i didn't even know what "aura farming" was. But I knew for a FACT, that Green Ranger, White Dino Ranger, and the Thunder Rangers were walking around like they were in the edit 100000%. Dudes had Aura for days, and the crazies at power ranger studios kept making the (correct) decision to be like "you know what'll make kids go crazy? more aura farming evil rangers" and it cooked EVERY. TIME.
