Strapped the ankle and wrist weights on for the warmup too and burned 191 active calories and got roughly 4133 steps. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Apple Watch: mixed cardio Active calories: 322 Total calories: 395 Average HR 132 BPM 2 lb weights Did not use ankle weights cause of the c sickness going around lol figure I shouldn’t push it too much!! Thanks Olivia!!! ❤❤💪💪

OMG what a killer ! I did it with 3kg ankle weights and 2kg dumbbells and I have to say I struggle with the arms : they are like jelly now. Definitely another great workout, as usual. Thank you Olivia !

Hi Olivia. If you do one of these workouts, can you do one of your full body strength training workouts the next day? Just checking it would be okay to use weights two days in a row. 😊

felt a bit under the weather today but still wanted a bit of movement so i did this just as a walking workout without weights and it was perfect ❤ i actually think i might of struggled with weights even if i felt well enough 😂 😂
