For your reference the dumbbells I am using in this workout are 3kg/ 6.6lb and 5kg/ 11lb X 2. This workout looks easy but with challenging enough weight you should feel like you need to pause after around 10 reps. If you don't, it's your sign to increase the weight. Remember to push till failure to see real results. Lets go!

Messed up my right heel tendon area so have to be real careful today with any flexing of it so I did this one again! Decided on just using my 9lb weights so I didn’t have to worry about switching Active calories: 202 Total calories: 270 Thanks as always ❤❤

This one went straight to my favourites, and I will most certainly try to do it on a regular basis. I loved the flow from biceps, to shoulders, chest, triceps and back. Alternating between two sets of weights was really a good thing too. I did it with 2kg and 4kg today but will try to increase to 3kg and 5kg next time. Another brilliant workout, thank you Olivia !

Used 6-12 pound dumbbells Mainly the 6 and 9 but did some 12! Apple Watch: traditional strength training Active calories: 256 Total calories: 321 Thank you so much for this one! Happy I didn’t do it first thing in the morning lol!! Off to do a little longer of a cooldown though!! ❤
