I love heart of palm! I make my own pasta of it though. Super expensive otherwise

why you eat carbs?
@P34chy5c0n33 сағат бұрын
Crabs are actually really good if you are working out consistently or exercising regularly they help fix your muscles and also are good for your body

@@P34chy5c0n3 Not true. At least you are not a vegan.

I don’t like heart of palm. It is awful. Does not taste like pasta at all. A no go for me.

The co-worker food hit home. For over 6 months now a lady at work has been making cupcakes trying to get her baking business off the runway. So we have had cupcakes every week! When I went to the doctor saw I had gained 10 pounds 😢 No more for me! They are good but I have had to really get control!

Did anyone know that bananas are radioactive?! ( u can search it up if you don’t believe me ) And you’ll need to eat a train of bananas so that there’s just a tiniest difference in your health c:

Over the past 4 months I’ve been very mindful about not overeating, unlike ever before in my life. However, over the weekend I intentionally overate because it was birthday and I wanted to “enjoy” my birthday. I felt physically horrible afterwards. Still learning that overeating does not equal enjoying.

Yes it’s got 33g of protein per serving, but you neglected to mention all the carbs from the potatoes, onions, & carrots. Come on Man!!!!

Those are healthy carbs you donut. Carbs are just as important as protein

Why did she have to say postpartum too. It's the worst possible way to say I just had babies 2 weeks ago. Loaded words for no reason. Smh
@Alex1000tenten8 күн бұрын
There's nothing wrong with carbs
@Woermie8 күн бұрын
Damn, I didn't know people were miserable enough to nitpick at people for the smallest things. She specifically mentioned HIGH PROTEIN, not low carb. Carbs are necessary for keeping you healthy, potatoes and carrots are good carbs. Saying 2 weeks postpartum is also way easier to say than "I had a baby two weeks ago", it is in fact the shorter way to say it.
