Do you know the "Board Game Backpack" from Enhance, its amazing. I have it since 2 weeks and love it. It has a very nice surface and its so stable and could carry gloomhaven and Twilight imperium at the same time on your back. The Zippers are very strong and you could carry 4 Game Matts. xD ...

How many games could you store in the room with the Kallax solution? I am about to move and I need to store like 600 games and counting and I would like to know what’s the best solution. Love the kallax look but it seems as if you don’t have much flexibility being the spaces all the same size. Many thanks and congrats on your game room!

Played this for the first time yesterday and I agree 100%. It's a 9/10 in its category, this should be a "Modern day Monopoly". Seriously, give this one a try, it's WONDERFUL.

I am Jonny-come-lately to this party, but I just found this series and really enjoyed it. I LOVE Star Trek Ascendancy - it is my favorite 4X game as well as a Star Trek themed game. Last year, we had a 9-person game? It was all the expansions at the time plus a fan made faction. So it was everything not including the recent Breen and Dominion releases. We used a wormhole for each end of the table to make it easier for one side of the table to reach another side. It was great fun! I see Gale Force 9 has announced their new game Star Trek Away Missions... looks cool!

Any chance you can bring this segment back! :) Loved it!

These are much cheaper, even here, than the titled "board game bags", and most importantly they are availible, not like the dedicated gaming bags. Also, you seem to have a great taste! I haven't tasted the quarter cask, but the standard 12y version is one of my favorites.

I would argue that 5 players is actually in the sweet spot for Star Trek Ascendancy, IF you're willing to play for as long as it takes to finish a game. The thing that changes with a 5th player is that, because each faction only has 3 trade agreement cards, having a 4th rival means there is always some player who you are NOT trading with. With 4 or fewer players, it can be easy to fall into the trap of just giving trade agreements to everyone early, turtling, and back-loading all the conflict to the end of the game as a last-ditch effort to stop someone from winning. But with a 5th player, there's a lot more early and mid-game conflict as players group into coalitions to maintain industrial parity with one another. At least, that's been my experience with the game.

Electronic D&D was also my jam, I got that Christmas 1982. Great solo game. Beware the Dragon!

Loved Buck Rogers Battle for the 25th Century! I Saw an add for it in a Marvel comic book, bought this in 1988 as soon as it was released and has remained my favorite game of all time. The game is based on a reboot of the Buck Rogers I.P. in 1988 which included about 9 novels, a handful of comic books, and a role-playing game developed by TSR. I read about 6 of the novels, pretty cool reads with a interesting new take on the Buck Rogers property. Check out Battle Fleet Mars, it features a similar Solar system display which was incorporated to the Buck Rogers game. It's cool to see how much love this game is getting. Sad to say I never met anyone else who owned or even heard of this gem. #BuckRogersBattleforthe25thCentury
