When I was a child I spent many weekends at Seacliff beach fishing, and crabbing off the "cement ship" as it was called back in the late 50's and up to the mid 60's. The beach combing was amazing, There was lots of driftwood and many shells and beautiful sea washed rocks to enjoy, and then there was the looong ribbons of kelp that had washed up on the beach and we would pop the kelp bulbs like it was bubble wrap. We could go out 3/4 of the length of the boat and see the old rusty equipment that was on the deck. As a young adult when I went back the sea had claimed another quarter of the length of the boat, but there was still some pretty good fishing and crabbing from the first section of the boat, since it was gated off, the county finding that it was just too dangerous to be used for public recreation. A few years ago during a major storm that came through the remainder of the boat was damaged and sunk. I guess that the amusement area with the dance floor had been washed away with the section that was furthest from the beach. I never heard about that use of the "cement ship". The sea will claim what the sea wants. I absolutely loved watching your road trip video. It was like taking the trip again without having to leave my chair. I'm over 70 years old with a couple of broken wrists so I can't really get out there, (till my wrists heal, should be fine in about a year...Barring future falls!) Thanks for the vacation to my old familiar places. (Have you explored the Santa Cruz mountains? There are some amazing places there too.)

I love In N Out Burgers. They offer consistently good burgers at a good value--one of the best burger chains there is, in my opinion. They really understand how to run a business, offer good customer service, and they run their restaurants like a clock.

I have eaten at the the In-N-Out since the early 60's as I grew up in Pasadena. As I remember in the early days they sold Pepsi and not Coke. In the mid 60's I went through the drive through in a Porsche 904. Now that would be a great poster!

I always order a 3x1 which is 3 meat patties, 1 cheese and I I'm really starving I'll get a 4x2, 4 meat patties and 2 cheese. I also order the fries with spread which they put that thousand island sauce on the fries. Like that option better than animal style fries to avoid too much cheese and grilled onions which I don't like.

My uncle is the reason why the current owner is a billionaire. He was the one that kept selling her uncle drugs, and because of his addiction the parents decided to give the rights to the gran ddaughter (current owner) the business. Oh but to be fair, he was also into touching little boys so maybe my uncle didn't change history as much as he thought he did. oh well

Nice review!! I lived in Riverside for 40+ years. Did Arcade coffee pay you for that endorsement? They’re not even 10 years old, and believe me, it’s not a Riverside institution.

Please do a video about Original Tommy’s world famous burgers in Los Angeles. We were regulars when I was a kid and always went to the Rampart and Beverly shack. I’m out of state now but have friends who bring me the frozen chili when they come up to Utah!

Here’s a In-n-Out hack you may not know about. “Chili ketchup” Bite off the tip of a yellow chili and squeeze the juice into a ketchup bowl. Mix with a fry and enjoy!

God, thank you for deliverance from evil and from wickedness. Thank you for forgiveness. Thank you God for leading us, guiding us and protecting us from who we do not need to be around, where we do not need to go, times we do not need to be there and thank you God for safety, protection, your divinity and your blessed insurance and assurance. Thank you God for mountains that move, thank you for comfort and peace. Thank you for joy and cleanliness and for caring about our prayers. We bless your holy name. Back in the 70s i used to go to the 'original' location in Baldwin Park all the time, but i remenber it as 'two' little house and you drove in the middle of them; the lillte house on the right was used as a 'werehouse' and on the left you will get your burgers...am I wrong?
