Hi Norbert, Always a pleasure to see your work. Tig welding the steel fender at 16 Amps seems very low. Can you tell me the thickness of the metal? Happy Easter, Mike (near Trier)

Thanks.... and thank you for watching, yes 16 Amps is low, the trick is the Argon with 2% Co2 makes it a little hotter to weld. So i can speed up....; ) The thicknes of the metal was 0,8 mm.

Очень много лишних движений, в расчете ввести в заблуждение неокрепшие умы о необходимости всех этих ляпачек и кожаных подкладок. И как итог - о якобы невозможности создания простых вещей простыми инструментами.

I like your "no short cuts" My biggest Was an MGA 1600 1960. From 0-perfect, almost. But facinated by the 356 now. Might find a wreck one day. I like welding stuff.

Гайки не нужно приваривать и завинчивать. Там заклепки, это видно на 5:46 минуте.

Wieder ein wunderschönes Projekt. Und eine perfekte Ausführung. Aber die deutschen Untertitel sind ausbaufähig. Manchmal musste ich wirklich überlegen was mir der Autor damit sagen möchte.
