ALWAYS, ALWAYS use cash. We, my girlfriend and I purchased 6, one gallon jugs of water, and 6-10 pounds of both pinto beans and white rice. Picked up some AAA batteries tò. I don't use self checkouts i make them ring it . There were 40 or more cashier checkouts with all closed except 2 of em. TWO!!! They rang everything up. No issues. BUT..... They actually asked me if I wanted help taking everything to the truck. I said no. We noticed one of the bagger boys actually. without being too obvious, followed us out Then he used his cell phone to capture an image of our license plate!!! Yeah. I asked why. He just gave me the stink eye and walked away. 😮 Yeah. If they're watching me, they are watching you too.

Another thing I heard , is if they propose the price gouging thing, is a lot of companies will just close shop and goods will be harder to come by. Can you imagine empty grocery stores, cities and malls turned into ghost towns. This is the first year the barn swallows have not shown up in the spring. They controlled the mosquito population every summer, so now mosquito control is up to the bats that live in the barn loft. Our environment is so out of balance due to use of toxic chemicals. The climate shift will affect us for awhile before it levels out. Be safe, everyone.

Too much nonsensical stuff here in the analysis; Walmart failed to put the actual credit onto the card, that's done when you pay them cash. If not, Walmart is owing you---and if they don't refund, you can report it to Walmart's fraud department, or local police.

All these companies know this is happening. All they can do at the store level would be to mark down product for the purchase. However if it’s a huge amount you would have to go way up the ladder of management to complain and I’m still not sure if they would refund cash back to you. It’s definitely an issues, same as for store credit. That’s why many stores attach your driver license info to a store credit and only that person can redeem that store credit. Then you get angry customers, like it was my husband’s. Well as these large companies try to figure out how to get ahead of the thieves I believe they are trying to help the consumers but it’s a constant battle to stay above the scammers.

I've worked in it for nearly 30 years. I have reported directly to heads of state, to CEOs of publicly traded companies, to loads of Private companies, hedge funds, construction companies, you name it. All of them are fudging the data to make it tell the story they want to tell. That is it end of story. If there's anything that can easily be ignored they ignore it. If it's so obvious that they have to address it they come up with some sort of BS excuse to not include the data or to say that it's erroneous blah blah blah. The people leading our country and our world will do anything and stop at nothing to get their own way
