30 years ago, working a program evaluation of title I reading program for kindergartners. I completed a report that showed evidence that only the gifted students were given the best teachers (those supported by federal funding). The children needing the advanced instruction were taught by high school teacher assistants. School board shelved the report and terminated me. They wanted to continue to do creaming and report the skewed results to the feds to get increased federal funds..,.even though the program was not truly effective for the children who most needed the help.

What's crazy to me is that every single one of these actions aren't being sued against by the People. We know he's not of sound mind. He wouldn't be allowed to transact anything in this mental state. Yet he's making decisions that affect the entire country and everyone in it. Why is our government not suing to disallow this???
