I know this was done 2 years ago - but found your video the best - checked out others but I’ve been wanting to make my own stencils and your video was the best, to the point and I learned what I wanted to know. An Albertan Fan, have a great day❤

Back in the day, all wallpaper came un-pasted. It is really easy to hang wallpaper that isn't pasted. Instead of putting the paste on the wallpaper and having to be so careful not to tear it, and to try and get it in the right place, etc, just put the paste on the wall. That makes it so much easier. So with that said....If you like the wallpaper just DO IT.

I clean all my stamps with Avon Bubble Bath. Yep. I've had no problems with red, nor with any other colors. I also use a handkerchief to dry them. I've seen many people keeping their stamp on the block or in their stamping positioner (whichever one you have). I take my stamp off, put it in my handkerchief, spray, rub, and then dry; I use the leftover on my cloth to clean the block or positioner. A few years ago, I had a few of my stamps that no longer stick and it was because I was making an album with different stamps and just dropped them in a bowl with a few drops of Dawn, forgot about them and only saw them the day after. Seeing what you did, I'm going to try and reverse that. I tried putting some tacky glue and that didn't really work. I do have a shammy - never opened, stampin' mist, stampin' scrub - never opened, and the Stazon cleaner. SU! ran out of refills for the stampin' mist so I started using my BB instead. I love your videos.

Everyone (the demonstrators) was raving about the new SU! cutter so I bought it; there were some problems with the first one, but they created more in the 2nd one, which I wasn't aware of. I hate that thing, especially those bumps you were talking about. I only use it to cut super small pieces (<1/2"). My favorite trimmer is the Fiskars ProCision Paper Trimmer. I'm Canadian too!

My favorite thing about washi tape on this video is the many ways you are amazed by your first time. It made me laugh a few times and I loved how you enjoyed it too. I have over 50 rolls and I use them for inside my cards, make strips cards, and also on envelopes. I've never visited The Washi Tape shop until just recently and I'm really happy they have free shipping (+$20 USD) for internationals like me (Canada). Good job on your cards!

What I have been using for the past year now is an elmers glue stick. I rub some on the back edges of my project and sometimes in the middle if I'm using the entire mat and stick to my matt, it works every time. No sprays, no fumes no mess. Try it you might change from thoses expensive cans of spray to just a simple glue stick. When cutting the test cut is to test the blade depth and pressure this is particularly important when you are doing a kiss cut for stickers.

What about using with fabric? Mine gets dirty fast with the lint.

You could try the spray. It doesn't leave a sticky residue after it dries. And your probably washing the fabric later anyhow.

Great tips! I did not hear you talk about wearing safety masks when using mica powders. I guess it's a personal, but mica powder is SO FINE and if you were to experiment with your mixes on a nice sunny day next to a window, I think you'd be shook by how many tiny particles are actually flying around. No big deal if you are only occasionally mixing with mica powders, but if you do this often, you are risking inhaling particles that your lungs do not need or want. Just a friendly safety tip.

I've see a couple of videos on card making and have wondered do people make cards to sell? Or are all the great amount of supplies some people own are just for the hobby of card making? I know this is probably a silly question but 8 cant imagine shopping for handmade card online or yhat thos would be profitable to sell. Then i think the KZbinrs ive seen have such a vast amount of supplies for their card making this could just be hobby what do they do with the cards after?

I have not used washi tapes. It looks fun to use. I hand cut lots of stuff from old cards but I find it a mess to store for use later. Ty for the information.

I spent an hour making a detailed stencil with just words, and it gets stuck for 25 mins buffering to load to the last Make It step. I gave up. Not worth it to me.
