Wish we had a decent $1.25. Or whatever but we don’t. We have one that is the junkiest and dirty store around. If something falls on the floor and you come upon it, it’ll have 27 feet print and be all dirty. I hate the store and refuse to ever go back. I’ll keep searching and one day low behold I’ll come across the best craft store with good prices for their ephemera and I’ll be so happy. Fun watching you. You got a great haul.

A few weeks ago he released new alcohol inks. I have many so I was like I won't be tempted but THEN he goes and releases the new Pearls - my favorite. What's a girl gonna do?

@@_MyInkieFingers I have a thing for all things pearlescent, metallic, iridescent, holographic...glitter not so much but the others I have a difficult time resisting. I do love all the alcohol inks though. Mostly for restoring old metal costume jewelry to its former glory or metal ornaments and decor that need revamping or just an improvement in color. Don't put it on "paper" so much. I'll get there. I've done glass ornaments, too, but I broke all but one - I guess I'll have to try clear plastic. LOL

Wow am I a blabbermouth this morning… But most people might not be aware that you can order Dollar tree stop online. You have to buy a case of it but I get there double sided tape, and their foam tape and their round self adhesive Velcro dots… Just grab a few crafty fans and split the order!,

Ok, so you are my favourite KZbinr. 100% I began watching you because you were funny, talented and CANADIAN!!! I love it when we can have one of our own in something.....in this case it was a Canadian crafty KZbinr!! That probably just sounded horrible 😣 this is why I'm just a lurker and never comment. Lol Anyway, I joined SU because I fell in love with certain aspects because of your talent, and I struggled with other aspects yet pushed through with you. Then when you posted your video saying that you were out, I agreed and aligned with everything you said and felt.....and with over 1000 stamp sets, dies, and everything else SU possible (my first hobby was crafting, followed closely by my second favourite hobby, which is collecting stamp sets and crafting supplies 🤣) Well I also had decided to leave along with you. I have found a love for art journaling and have unknowingly been breaking SU rules for awhile. So I have decided to start fresh. I deleted my MUCH SMALLER KZbin channel with all of the offending videos and I'm going to go back to having fun!! Exactly like what you are doing in this video, shopping for fun....for yourself!! No need to worry about how it would fit in with SU stuff, and/or not take away from it. If I decide to ever start a new YT Channel, this is what I would love to show people......laughing, fun, creating on the fly, etc. I just HAD to comment and I'm not even half way through the video yet!! @@_MyInkieFingers here in the states they developed a reputation for putting cleaning before customer service. So they decided to swing the pendulum totally the other way. Because they didn't pay well and didn't want to give people full-time so they wouldn't have to give benefits they had trouble finding help. Slowly they started caring less and less. Then the pandemic hit, staffing shortage, and now plenty of decent jobs around they can't find any help. So now they pretty much still don't care, and have no time to stock or clean.

The glass cutting mats are awesome. Please don’t ever use a ceramic blade on glass cutting mats. My ceramic blades destroyed a more expensive glass cutting mat.

The term ephemera actually originally referred to an item that has served it's purpose and it now "trash". Like a ticket, guest check, ect. It morphed and now means pretty much anything you want to put in a journal. The sections are called signatures. Also, your dollar tree is way better than mine.

Kudos for shopping with the hubs... although mine only put a leash on my spending when we are having financial issues, we Do NOT shop well together... he is a go in get what you came for don't go down aisle if you don't have to ... while I am a have to look down every aisle kind of gal... dollar tree cashier asked if I wanted my receipt the other day and I said no I do not want proof of how much I spent here... I though she was gonna pee her pants laughing...
