Dang it. All a man can do is roll with the punches. They call it hunting, not killing. Ive never been disappointed to get out on the After, but plenty of times come home 'unsuccessful'. Journey > destination. 👍🏼. Give the dozer some TLC to maybe bribe it into behaving?

Hey Pete I'm glad to see you back in action. I like the way you are piling the tops and slash. I would think that would be a selling point when you are bidding jobs. I don't know about your area but around where I live in the Ozarks, loggers just leave it where it falls creating a huge mess for the landowner. I own a bulldozer service and get a lot of jobs after the loggers have left just pushing tops up to be burned.

My loggers moved somebody’s trail camera and scent dripper to a tree. They logged around it. I thought the camera was dead. After 2 years with nobody getting it I checked the card. The card was full of skidder photos bear deer and coyotes. It died about a month before I finally checked it. Now we have laws the hunters have to mark them.

“Looks like it needs a little push.” Then you hear a diesel motor start. Then you see this shadow. Then… a friggin’ behemoth of a skidder rolls into view. A “little push” he says. Too funny.
