Okay - now this is a serious question I have. I am in India, & the commonly store bought pasta options (like Borges, DelMonte, etc) take so much time to boil al dente (~15 mins). In this reel, he simply dumped it, & it came out to go into the pan. I have had to boil the pasta in advance, and doing it after the garlic was in the pan would be a forgettable stunt. Any tips for this? Could any Indians here (the ones living in India) share their experience?
