Okay - now this is a serious question I have. I am in India, & the commonly store bought pasta options (like Borges, DelMonte, etc) take so much time to boil al dente (~15 mins). In this reel, he simply dumped it, & it came out to go into the pan. I have had to boil the pasta in advance, and doing it after the garlic was in the pan would be a forgettable stunt. Any tips for this? Could any Indians here (the ones living in India) share their experience?

Looks delicious but don't be fooled, this will transform your bung hole into a seemingly unending thermo nuclear reaction. I could probably power a small country if there was any way of harnessing the pure raw energy emitted from said bung hole.

The best thing to eat when you’re full of a cold. When I was a commis I was dying on my feet and it was on a Saturday, my first boss and greatest mentor was Italian and he made this for me. Happy days.

Honestly, crispy Gnocchi ruins the purpose of gnocchi. They are suppose to be soft and pillow. Not hard and crispy.
